Intense Book Review: The 80% Approach, by Dan Sullivan

Procrastination and perfectionism are two the biggest problems that I have personally faced.  In addition, I met have hundreds of people who also struggle with those two issues.  Fortunately, I recently read a book that confronts both procrastination and perfectionism – and allows us to conquer them.

80% Approach Post

Perfectionists are always procrastinators, and procrastinators are always perfectionists. All individuals have some perfectionism and procrastination in their make-up—even if in very small amounts—but for some people these two habits dominate their thinking and action over their entire lifetime. As a result, they always have chronically low personal confidence, and this will never improve until these paralyzing habits are eliminated. – Dan Sullivan, from The 80% Approach
